| Returns PolicyWhen you receive your goods you can try them on and examine them. If, for any reason you do not want to keep them, you simply post them back in perfect unused condition, as received in the packaging in which they came (please note specially made to order items may not be returned). If you want a full refund, that will be done immediately. If you want a different size or style, they will be sent within a day or two - post free (UK only). You can even safely give them as a present (and many do!) because the person to whom you've given them can send them back directly to us for a free direct exchange without any paperwork. |
